Hyatt Place Salt Lake City/Cottonwood

The most comfortable hotel bed experienced in a long time. Great shower and sink. Decent breakfast. Very clean. In a great location - fast to Downtown Salt Lake City and also Park City.

Everything was great; check in staff was incredibly accommodating when I asked for down-free pillows, and went as far as replacing ALL the bedding to feather free which is usually a nightmare and many places won’t do so. I was very grateful and got a fabulous night sleep. Jojo at reception was also very kind to walk me back up to my room right after I had checked out, because I had left my wedding ring up there!

Wonderful hotel. The property was clean, staff helpful and friendly. Our corner room was nice with awesome views. Breakfast was nothing special but good. A number of decent restaurants within easy walking distance. Could use a few USB connectors in the room, but only a minor inconvenience. Pool and hot tub were great!
